My package arrived at this facility December 18th and it is now January 13th and nothing. Can someone reach out to me? This is a very important envelope I sent December 14th first class mail. I filed online for an update but even that got me nowhere. I have no idea if the envelope is still there or if you guys sent to next location and simply lost it. I really need to know (I paid to know) please and thank you

I have been waiting on my package that was shipped Jan 7th. It has been at this facility since the 12th of January. Now it says intransit and I have yet to see or receive it. I'm about to drive down there! I'm 40 minutes away!!!

I'm trying to understand why my package has sat in this facility for 6 days with no update?!!! I know I will not be able to get sufficient answers by calling, but the DC Postmaster General Megan J Brennan will be hearing from me. It's been a waste of money and time to have a priority mail package sit for 6 days in Dallas. I may not have been this upset if I had just paid for 1st class mail delivery, in fact I may have already received it. I must add, 'm located an hour and 45 mins away from Dallas which makes my wait even more unacceptable....Two days later(12/8) and still no documented movement on this package.
