Nearly no problems in 15 years. I use all the services including a PO Box. They are tons better than Fedex and UPS and way better priced! It's politically popular to hate the USPS. One day you'll get your wish and you'll be sorry.

I've seen really bad bad reviews about this place but im only going to write about my personal experience and it's not that great and not that bad the times that I've been here there are some employees that are very nice but also you can see the very rude ones the ones that seem to have a bad day everyday and lately I've seen progress to this place new employees and there very nice sometimes is the managers that are the rude ones but to my experience all the time that I've been here I've Never had any problem or seen problems with other costumers i don't personally think its a horrible place but its not great either.

Don't live in the 31 zip code or you'll never get your mail or packages. You go to pickup and they don't come to the Dutch door. You go to the desk and they say they don't have it. Then two weeks later they return to sender. I've lost so much on things I bought online that never arrived. They do this on lots of my mail as well. Employees have such an attitude w you when they're the ones not operating fully despite the signs and USPS regulations saying they should be.

I have been to this location twice, and both times I was met with respect (which is a baseline of customer service). The employees who work there know their responsibilities and they are as efficient as their customers will allow. Today I went to drop off a package that was not taped shut (considering the norm for public delivery companies is to do this for you, I did not think twice). I was informed I would either have to tape it shut or purchase a roll of tape at the store which I was not going to do. I have no problem paying a nominal up-charge for this since tape has a cost, but this was not an option (big loss of potential revenue for USPS). The Manager came by to inquire about my issue which I explained to him, and taped my box for me without charge. Now, I do not expect a service for free, but I am very happy that the Manager was compliant and there to make the customer happy. USPS is a poorly ran agency/business (like most government ran agencies) since there is hardly focus on the customer experience. Unlike public transportation companies who meet customer expectations due to a competitive market, government agencies don't have to. I ask that all of you who visit here consider their relatively low prices and the employees behavior to you as a person and don't review/judge them on the fact that USPS has top level management issues.
