Extremely professional, quick and honest work! We had an entire 3 ton unit installed with ducts, returns, thermostat, the whole system in order to replace our window units by his team and we couldn't be happier! Frank (owner) was highly recommended to me as a professional with high quality standards, after working with him I agree. He was very responsive to my questions and my requests (no matter how outlandish, keeping old equipment that I had replaced on my own throughout the years). We had a leak in our evaporator coil as found/detected from our yearly AC check (through another company) but decided to get a second opinion to make sure. We contacted a family friend and he recommended Frank. Frank reached out to me immediately and we were fitted into his schedule the next day. Frank confirmed the leak and we discussed solutions and options with him. He gave us price ranges for our situation. After talking about it overnight we decided that the age of our HVAC system dictated that we should go ahead and replace the entire system. His price proposal and details of what the job would entail/require put us at ease as he stayed to answer all our questions and addressed our needs. He was very easy to talk to and he always responded to texts even on the weekends. Once he started the job he stayed in contact with us directly as his team completed the job of disassembling the old AC condenser unit, evaporator coil and furnace along with installing the new replacement units. After the installation was completed Frank scheduled the code compliance officer to visit our home and make sure everything was in compliance with city ordinances. We are very happy with Frank and his team and would highly recommend them to other's including my friends and family.

I had an excellent experience with Unlimited Air Conditioning. My AC went out the first really hot day of the spring. He made it over same-day for diagnostics. Original assessment was it was going to be a replacement motor for a fan, but when he returned with the new part a few days later it ended up being a much less expensive fix. Honesty and efficiency, what more can you ask for?!
