Great service. The lady who works here is very welcoming, honest and helpful. I’ve had a few things tailored and dry cleaned here but also go to a different place in uptown sometimes. Once, I wanted to tailor something and she showed me why it was perfect the way it was and that I didn’t need to alter it. I thought this was very admirable that she didn’t just take my money and do it. So now I will only come to this place because these types of things are more important than how long it takes for something to be done. It’s just a sign of good, honest business.

Do not recommend. Dropped a shirt off on Wednesday to be dry cleaned and for the collar to be stitched. Was told Monday by 5pm it would be ready. Of course being busy with work I wasn't able to pick it up until Wednesday (exactly a week from the drop off date). Got there around noon and was told it is not ready and to come back at 4pm. Of course a bit concerned but not wanting to cause a scene, I finished my other errands throughout the day. Picked up the shirt just to see that it looked as if the collar has been stitched in less than 10 minutes. Mind you, this collar looked a bit shredded from the wash and I agreed that some of it may of needed to be cut off. Instead they stitched it and it is VERY crooked. Does not look professionally done. This was my first time here but I assume there may be better cleaners in the area than this one.
I’ve been taking my clothes here for over 6 years and have never had any issues with their service. Very friendly and prompt. They do a great job!!
I’m a loyal customer here. The lady is always so kind! She always goes above & beyond. I took some pants in this morning & asked if she could fix the hem really fast & she stopped what she was doing to help me! I was wearing the pants for a Christmas party and she was so helpful! Thanks so much for always being so kind & amazing!
