I recently moved here, and I have to say my experience so far has been great. Luis gave us a tour and was very helpful throughout the application process, he answered all of our questions. It is quiet at night and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly and the complex overall is well-maintained and clean. We have submitted maintenance request a couple of times for minor things and they have been fixed in a timely manner. I really enjoy living here.

I tried to move in, my lease was signed... they pushed back my move in date by 16 days! It was a major inconvenience to say the least. Then I showed up 16 days after my original move in date, with movers in tow, but the condition of the apartment prevented me from moving in. I was shocked, and incredibly stressed. There was not an apartment available for move in. The unit they showed me had bugs. I understand it wasn't move in ready, but if they can't provide preventative pest control while the unit is not occupied, the problems will last well into my residence. So I spent the remainder of that day looking for complexes nearby, and thankfully found one... If anyone lives here and wants to let me in so my dog can use the dog park, please message me! We are desperate to have somewhere to run and play.
I'll start by saying this is one of the best places I have lived! The maintenance staff is very on top of things, every time we entered a request, it was completed on time. Silvano and Brandon have been such a great help to us since we moved in, even now, with our transition from a two bedroom to a one bed room. They have always have greeted us with a smile and are always answering the 100 questions I have lol Thanks for everything guys!
The leasing and management team at Urban House is so capable and customer service forward. They make situations that are typically high-stress, stress-free, and if you have spent any amount of time renting you know what a wonderful and rare thing a great management team is. Maintenance requests are handled immediately and it is extremely pet-friendly, with a massive dog park and plenty of green space and pet waste disposal stations throughout.
BED BUGS please be aware. I woke up to a bed bug bit on my upper back. I completed a maintenance submission form online. The following day no one from the leasing office contacted me. After waiting two days for some to contact me, I initiated conversation to address the issue. I was informed I will have to pay the 75 inspection fee and all other cost associated 500-1500 which ranges from with treatment. The worse part however is I WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH BED BUGS for 2-3 business days after already waiting for 2 days. I understand they have other maintenance concerns but this should be a PRIORITY. I am sure no one else in my building has been made aware of this issue, which is a huge health concern given the fact bed bugs live off human blood. I am not able to sleep in bedroom and I have washed everything possible in my apartment. I have never had bed bugs in my life and I live a minimalist life style with only 4 pieces of furniture in my whole apartment. I purchased brand new mattress when I moved into the apartments. The Bed bugs are coming out of the vent above my bed and fall on me during the night. I was informed I could not hire anyone to come into the apartment but I have to wait and live with bed bugs for the next 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS!
