Her History USA

Valerie's hypnosis program helped me quit smoking cigarettes easily! I was impressed. I had quit many times by willpower, and it was extremely difficult. After hypnosis, I no longer reacted to the sight or smell of a cigarette the same way. It made it exceptionally easy to quit. She also gave me follow-up audios that helped anchor in the hypnosis I received at her office. Extremely effective. Why try to quit the hard way when a little time with Valerie will help so much?

Valerie is truly amazing at what she does. She has helped me improve my life and my outlook in a very short amount of time. She really cares about the individual and takes the time to get to know their needs on a deeply personal level. She also goes above and beyond by sending multiple recordings (including recordings from the actual hypnosis session) out to you so you can continue your journey outside of your therapy appointment. And it really helps that its her voice on the recording! I highly recommend Valerie over any therapist or psychologist any day!!!
