HUGE THANK YOU to Donald & Carla. So, a cat came into my apartment while I was about to leave, seeking a warm place but my mother and I are allergic to cats so I was very anxious to get it out. I called the front office for help. They came without hesitation & got the cat effortlessly, with so much love and compassion! You could tell they cared about the wellbeing of the cat. Any other person would have just let it go on its own luck. But they definitely deserve a shout out. Thank you again guys!!!!

Overall - I love it here. Couldn’t ask for anything better from maintenance. Staff has always been very friendly. (Never got to meet them in person due to COVID) but overall satisfied and would highly recommend Versailles to anyone
I filled out an application weeks ago . No one Emails back or picks up the phone . I have even reached out to the regional manager and still nothing. This place is where I desired to move but after not being able to reach anyone I’m skeptical. It feels as if they are just stealing someone’s application fees and not answering afterwards .
My roommate and I were looking for apartments and this was by far the best value we found! The pricing is great, especially considering size and amenities. Mercy was such a huge help as we moved through the process of applying! She helped us find the best apartment to fit our needs, answered all of our questions, and was extremely responsive! Thank you so much, Mercy, for your help! EDIT: we have now been waiting on a contract for weeks and they have become unresponsive. We have asked for a refund on the application and they are unresponsive.
I saw the reviews about them not answering the phone and may I tell you I experienced it 1st hand. I called last Tuesday to speak to the manager or assistant manager because I had some questions. On the 1st try they answered, it was after 10am, I didn't speak to anyone so I had to call back. I spent the whole day calling back no one answered until about after 3pm. The person who answered the phone took a message for them to call me (no one called). The next day I tried calling and the same thing no one answered, when I finally got through he took another message and say that they would call me back. It has been 1 week later and I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CALL ME. They would probably respond to this review, apologize and say to contact them then never answer the phone. LOL
