Me and my daughter truly love living here! The leasing office is great! If I have a maintenance issue it is fixed right away! No complaints about my neighbors! Love the retail underneath the plaza building! 10/10 recommend!

I love it here. I’ve lived here for a year and will ne resigning. The facilities are great and kept clean, the pool is nice, the apartments are new and clean, the location is unbeatable. My favorite part of the apartment is the sense of community— the team works to regularly put on events and it’s nice to actually know your neighbors!
Great experience at Victor Prosper. Amenities are great, and my apartment is dope! Super close to downtown, so getting to work is a breeze! I love being close to bishop arts. White Rhino is also super convenient, and I'm excited for retail spots opening up in the future.
Our move into Victor Prosper has been great so far! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, and was flexible in with a move-in that fit our schedule. We LOVE our new apartment, we got an amazing deal with the size and location of this place! Not to mention, the amenities are the best of any apartment we have lived in in Dallas! The fully-stocked art room is a favorite of mine!
I’ve loved my living experience so far. I just renewed my lease for a third time. The level of customer service that Mackenzie exhibits is like none other and will make anyone proud to live at VP!
