Walmarts are all different. This one is closest to my house but I prerer only doing pickup at store here if it's faster than home delivery. Its convenient and some of the staff are nice, the self check out and pick up are both fast and easy. Some of the staff ignore you when you clearly need help (a box of glass bottles I had fell in front of two employees, they looked at me and walked away). Its usually clean but sometimes smells like pee, thats just city life. They have what I need in stock about 50% of the time across all departments like tech, pet supply, grocery, art supplies, and beauty.

Apparently they don't carry Amazon gift cards... Well I never got the memo. No all jokes aside recently bought something had to return it for a different one. Andy at customer service was so helpful and friendly. Resolved my issue within 3 minutes of me walking in. The Walmart gets 4 stars but Andy deserves 5

I'm upset. I went to look for a cooking book for instant pot style recipes. When I get there, all the books are Hispanic. The only books that are English are romantic books and children's books. I have no problem with them being Hispanic books. But you need English speaking ones as well. It's not a completely Hispanic area its diverse. Get it together Walmart.it should be equal all around. Ugh.
