This place is the best place for sewists of all kinds to get fantastic deals on beautiful fabrics. Laces, trims and other embellishments can be found here at amazing prices too. Ask for Rosa when you go, she's great. ️

I visited for home dec fabrics and specifically, leather hides. I have not seen a collection of leather this expansive ANYWHERE. Pricing is seriously amazing. Beautiful hides and leathers. Definitely a must see! The staff was very friendly and happy to answer questions. I'll be back regularly when I need fabric for clients!

Unfortunately this is not a place I will be returning... I came to this business several times looking for materials for a few different projects because I had heard that this was the best place to go... Might be the best place to go if you’re a person that doesn’t have ethics or morals... Ended up showing up here at a time when the owners were in the building and the way that they treated me and the other people that work for them Made me nauseous... Fortunately I had a wonderful call with a company that I connected with online called fabric.com I appreciated seeing a place with so many varieties of colors textures of fabric but customer service and compassion for employees is the most important thing for where I spend my money for my business and design. It will be challenging to transition to online shopping but nothing worth having comes easy ;) And I’m excited to have the support of Jennifer and her team. :) Good luck to you all stuck shopping here.
