I love Rachel at the Dallas location. She is very professional, knows her stuff, and makes you feel very comfortable. I love her so much, I drive 52 min to get my wax done! I've been amazed with the results from my Brazilian that I started getting my underarms too.

As someone who only recently started getting brazilian waxing done, I found WOW at Royal Lane to be supremely professional and accommodating. Rachel is a great esthetician! She is incredibly efficient and friendly, great at small talk and easing nerves for first-time waxers, but also strikes that perfect elegant balance and isn't overly talkative or intrusive. Her skills are also fantastic, and I've been very pleased with the results every time. The location is also in a safe area, easy to find, and clean and well maintained. The front desk is also staffed with friendly polite people, I always felt welcomed, never uneasy. Even though I've only started with brazilian waxes, I expect I'll keep coming back to Rachel and WOW for all of my waxing needs.
It's sad that I have to write out my expressions on here, but last month was my first time coming in for a wax. I was embarrassed about my concerns and the lady that helped me, CASSIDY, talked with me and gave me suggestions and help calm my ease of normal things can be. She booked me out for another month for touch up. From last month until now I really likes my results and wanted to continue with her only. I received an email to confirm my appointment with Cassidy. That same day I called to confirm the pricing on my touch up. I called again to just make sure it was with CASSISDY only but come to find out, she no longer works there and was being rescheduled with a girl named Rachel. I was sadden but went ahead and confirmed the appointment with her. Later on in the evening I noticed I had another email but this time it said my appointment was cancelled with Rachael! (??) Today I tried calling to see what was going on and what was the confusion, she asked for my name and began to search, while still being on the phone I heard nothing but silence. I called back at least 4 times and no one seemed to answer the phone. I find this very aggravating, and unprofessional when no one is answering for a service or clarification. I've decided to take it upon myself to not show up. I refuse to give them service when they don't want service at all. It's a shame.
Really wanted to love it, the wax specialist was great but it seems the owners do not care much about their employees health during the pandemic. Surprised they are not provided masks and proper cleaning supplies given how close they must work with us clients. How can they ensure client safety if they do not even value their employees' safety?
OhMyGod!! W.O.W is my new go to place for my wax, I was pretty iffy about going somewhere new, but since my go to body wax had shut down permanently, I needed to start looking. Fatima was extremely nice, and very patient, definitely recommend her. Made me feel very comfortable and explain everything. I definitely recommend this place, very professional and friendly staff! Kudos to the staff at W.O.W
