This community has went down hill since Tyler left. The new manager in place has the WORSE approach when it comes to talking to residents. She talk to you as though you are incompetent. The current maintenance men are pure jokes they can't fix anything. The leasing person is ok, she has attitudes at times. I haven't dealt with the assistant manager but from what I hear around the community she's the best person to speak with.

I have been living here for over a year and has been great so far. apartment security is top notch. parking is not an issue and the complex is very dog friendly! highly recommended!

I absolutely love it here! It's great for dogs, great for people who want to be social and near bishop arts. It has it all! We've been here 4 years and haven't left because we've met great people, we love the courtyard, the amenities and the staff. They are always coming up with the MOST creative things to do in the community that we have really felt like they go above and beyond what other places do. Great place!!

Won't be leasing here. 1 the unit that I was given a quote for was in one of the buildings that didn't have an elevator. Not a huge deal for me, but what was a huge deal was the fact that I had a scheduled tour and the leasing office staff (all of them) kept me waiting outside in the cold so that they could \take a picture for corporate\. As I turned to leave thats when someone finally came to the door to let me in, after I tried calling twice but no one decided to go an answer the phone. When I was let in there was no apology given. I spoke with the \property manager\ who claims that no one saw me standing at the door, when the room they were standing in had glass windows as did the door and I made eye contact with 2 of the staff. Honestly, if they really needed to \take that picture\ they could have easily let me inside, communicated what was going on, and I would have been cool about it. But to have a potential tenant waiting outside in the cold, or just waiting outside in general for a \picture\ is disrespectful. If this is how they treat prospects, I would hate to see how they treat actual tenants. Sucks because the price is competitive and the location is great, but i refuse to give my money to an entity that doesn't respect me.

Becoming a resident at Yorktown Trinity Groves two weeks ago was a pure blessing. Tyler the manager was very pleasant, and professional throughout the entire virtual leasing process. Our apartment was as advertised and did not disappoint. loving community and neighbors are welcoming to new residents. Sarah is kind and assisted me with answers to my questions. The staff follows through with requests made.
