Take a good look at the reviews here. Same complaint. They're great at selling you something new, but god forbit you need a repair. We actually had a repair on an engagement ring that took 2 MONTHS to get back. The day we got it back, and entire section of the ring broke off because it wasn't connected properly. We've been waiting for another 2 months and have had to move our engagement photos twice. We got notification recently that is was done, and today we found out it has just been sitting in their storage room, no attempt to fix it. Needless to say we will be taking it somewhere else to get it fixed (a repair that was not needed before zales epaired\ it last time). I will also be cancelling my card/account with them. Just go somewhere else, honestly. Such a pain working with them.

I just made one of the biggest purchases in my life. I acquired an engagement ring for my future wife. The process was made smoother with the help of Ms. Bonita and the Zale staff that helped in every step of the way. I never felt rushed to make the right purchase. I took advantage of their layaway program and I was able to get the ring out way ahead of schedule. Now it's time for the proposal coming up this Sunday. Highly recommend stopping at this location and talking to their qualified sales representative.
