Stay away from this place. They installed tile directly on drywall in my shower which resulted in a leaking shower three years later. The owner came to my house and acted like he was going to fix the problem. I sent him lots of photos of the work his team did and then he never called me back. The shower looked great, the tile work didn't last, and now I'm paying to fix it again. The pictures below will show that you did install tile directly to drywall inside a part of my shower. I'm happy to remove the comment if you can explain. Now I'm having to file another insurance claim and pay another delectable. These photos were shared with the company months ago and you never called me back. Update: 10/20/2020. Working with this company is the gift that keeps giving! After paying another insurance deductible and having another tile company come out. We have now learned that not only did you install tile directly to sheet rock inside of my shower (see pictures even though you denied it) but you also installed the shower pan incorrectly! Take a look at the mold on my subfloor that now has to be ripped out... This also caused water damage in my garage. Stay away from this company!

The experience I had from the very beginning was first class. We discussed type and color palette options over the phone and They came by our house with a few different palette options so we could get a feel for how they would look in our home. Installation was scheduled quickly and the installers were very professional. Our carpet looks fantastic. Great product. Great price. Great experience. I would definitely recommend!

I had carpet installed by Dalton Carpet Center in Aug 2015. Ryan assisted with my selection and was great to work with. Unfortunately there were some issues with the install, but Phil, the installation manager, jumped right on it. He even engaged Mohawk and after a couple of independent inspections my carpet was replaced. Phil stayed on top of things and was determined to make me a satisfied customer. The installers, Oscars and Angel, we're exceptional and I am very happy with my carpet and Dalton Carpet Center.

After hearing about the quality of work from Dalton Carpet Center and meeting Ryan(their sales rep), it was an super decision. We started with new carpet in a couple of rooms and then decided that our wood floors could be refinished after getting a quote. Then we decided that why not have the Master Bath tile removed and replaced. Working with Ryan and all the staff could not have been easier. We are extremely happy with all the finished products!!! I would recommend Dalton Carpet Center to anyone especially those living in Fayette County...GREAT WORK and GREAT PRICES
