Moved into new Apt. Have not been getting Power Bill in mail. Forgot about bill and had power shut off after 10 days - despite my perfect payment history. I also had a letter in the mail saying I had until 02/25/2021 until disconnection. They cut it off on 01/25/2021 and did not even see any error on their side. Very very inhumane to shut off someone's power (someone with a 100% payment history over many years) for 1 missed bill.

I would rate them 0 stars if possible. I would recommend shopping elsewhere but there is no one else. Worst service in Dalton. They will tell you Optillink is indifferent company but it's not, so I'll find my cable and internet elsewhere.

Had a issue calling mutiple times agents weren’t helpful at first but upon multiple attempts an agent was able to help me and following day was contacted and issues were all resolved! THANKS DUTIL!

Customer service is apathetic. They take advantage of people with useless fees and make it very difficult to resolve billing issues. This is what happens when a company knows their customers have no other option. Good luck trying to communicate with them. Their customer service department is useless.
