The technician for King Door was professional and finished the job quickly. I received a call before he came. He wore a mask the entire time and stayed at least 6 feet away except when he gave me my bill. I would highly recommend this company.

Our double-car garage door stopped opening. Motor tried but would abort after only lifting about a foot. Called for service. They came right out, fixed the problem. Noticed the tension spring was not helpig lift the door. They tightened it. Made an adjustment on the stop setting, and noticed that our trim was missing on one side of the door (it's an older house which we just recently bought). They will order the trim and then come and install it as well! Excellent service!
Professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and returned my calls! This is the 2nd time we have used them in the last 5 years (two different issues) and will again if we need too.
