I don't usually give reviews, but I was very dissatisfied with the service from this company. Tried for days to have a dumpster delivered...it never happened. No phone call from the rep. Felt I was getting the run around. After days of waiting and promises of delivery, I cancelled the order and called Trinity, who delivered the same day. Never did hear from the rep at Waste Services.

Another 1 star review. Don't even waste your time. I've left David at least 4 messages not a one has been returned. Called and left Kenny a message to give them the benefit of the doubt. No response. Moved all my services to Trinity waste and couldn't be happier.
Horrible!!! Account was put on hold for non payment when account was set on auto draft. Paid extra to have trash picked up at commercial site, didnt happen. Representatives for customer service never answer. Worst experience!!!
Don’t set up service with these guys! They will come up with every excuse in the book NOT to get your trash even after giving them the gate key to our business. They will bill you for months then cancel service due to non-payment for a service you NEVER received. You can call customer service all you want you will get the run around with no resolve! They canceled a service and want us to pay and trash has NEVER once been picked up. This company is a joke!!!
