We came in to Sheridan Wyoming from Grand Rapids Michigan with our class A 36 foot motorhome. We called Dalton’s RV Center for information where we could find a dump/fill site and about possible repairs on our brakes. It turned out that Dalton only services towable RVs, but he was completely welcoming us to use his dump/fill station. Beyond that, he probably spent 30 minutes or more of his own time trying to help us find a place that would service our class a large Motorhome for breaks. What a gentleman! What a wise businessman! Completely a pleasure to deal with. 10 out of 10 would recommend Dalton RV service in Sheridan Wyoming!

She be honest and tell people that they don't have time and I would not of wasted time and money by hauling it into them. I was told to bring RV in and they would look at furnace. Was there a total of 1 hr. Told can not fix it. Checked one part put it in and did not look any further even though it still did not work.I asked the guy to talk to the technician and he went in and came back and said was not able to speak to me. Asked the counter guy numerous questions as my daughter was living in this and no heat. He had no knowledge about anything and he should not of even attempt to act like he did. I did pay my bill and called after I then hauled to Douglas. Was fixed with a limit switch. Kept asking if they checked that.Simple fix. Called and talk to owner about my dissatisfaction and he said he would look it over and call me. Still know call. Would not recommend at all. Charged almost 400 dollars Should not tell someone to bring it in if not able to look at it.

Had some issues a little over a year ago with Dalton's, parts ordered never received, trailer sat on lot for couple months waiting for said parts. Finally just picked up trailer paid bill and never got a call back for parts. But to my surprise I got a message today from the nicest young lady from Dalton's, asking me about my 1 star review here. I explained everything, she transfered me to Dalton himself. They have gone above and beyond to fix the issues. Remind you, this experience was 11 months ago. They didn't have to respond, but they did. Refunded my payment and asked that I consider giving them another chance. Now that is people that care. They obviously didn't know about the absolutely rude employee they had many months ago. Thank you Jenne and Dalton for contacting me. I appreciate your attention and kindness. I'm just sorry I didn't get to talk to you the many many times I called about my problems. Believe me I tried. Thank you!!!!

Wow! What service! Can’t ask for more than what Dalton and Sherry and the crew did for us. We had a blow out on our RV which also took out all the propane lines into our RV. We contacted them late in the day, they had us come in right away, had a hook up for us to stay the night at no charge and got us in for repair at 8AM THE VERY NEXT MORNING! Who does that? Their technician worked steady all morning into the afternoon getting us back up and on the road to our vacation.What fabulous service at a very decent price. You won’t be disappointed if you stop by and see this group!

Super helpful team at Dalton's. We ran into RV issues and pulled into their shop at 430p. Even though they close at 5, the team didn't hesitate to help us. Couldn't give a more positive review.

First impressions, needed some estimate for damage to my rig,, Sherri was great,, helpful and basically the staff were all good,, Will the service manager was basically helpful,, where they lost me completely was when the owner told Will to take off my damaged awning,, the owner left,, Will did not want to be bothered,, it will take me 2 hours he initially said, no way I replied, I can take that off in 3 minutes I replied, they only reason its still there is because I’m on my own and want to be careful I dont hurt myself. OK he replied reluctantly,, but I’m going to to have to charge you,, 85 bucks later for 3 minutes work ,, I watched them ,, 2 guys, one pocket knife,, 3 minutes,, done,, 85 bucks,, sad to spoil a good customer interface by being cheap,, its cost them my business now on the repairs. Sorry Will,, poor show,
