First impressions, needed some estimate for damage to my rig,, Sherri was great,, helpful and basically the staff were all good,, Will the service manager was basically helpful,, where they lost me completely was when the owner told Will to take off my damaged awning,, the owner left,, Will did not want to be bothered,, it will take me 2 hours he initially said, no way I replied, I can take that off in 3 minutes I replied, they only reason its still there is because I’m on my own and want to be careful I dont hurt myself. OK he replied reluctantly,, but I’m going to to have to charge you,, 85 bucks later for 3 minutes work ,, I watched them ,, 2 guys, one pocket knife,, 3 minutes,, done,, 85 bucks,, sad to spoil a good customer interface by being cheap,, its cost them my business now on the repairs. Sorry Will,, poor show,
