Takeout 4/3/2021. Their menu has changed a few times and I wanted to order takeout in person as supposed to doing it on the phone. I had their chicken katsu sandwich 7.75, yakisoba omelette 14.50 and tamago (egg) sashimi 8.50. The chicken katsu sandwich had the right amount of texture with the shredded lettuce, white bread, katsu and white sauce and the crispy chicken. The little side of beans was a nice touch. The yakisoba omelette was soggier than I would have liked. It had a good taste with slices of steak mixed in with the cabbage and top layer of egg. The tamago (egg) sashimi had a light sweet taste to it. It took about 20 minutes for them to make my order. Hopefully when COVID restrictions are over, I can start rubbing elbows with my friends and eat in person at their counter.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The curry is the bomb and my go to comfort food. My recommendation is to call and order ahead for pick up unless you are willing to wait a while for a table — the dining area is small and very reminiscent of a curry shop in Japan. If you do wait for a table — it is totally worth the wait.

Great value for the money. Tasty Japanese comfort food. Had the takoyaki and a couple rolls. Both were great. Friendly service.

Horrible food. We ordered Teriyaki chicken, shrimp tempura and a spicy tuna roll. The chicken had a weird, bitter aftertaste and didn't taste like Teriyaki at all. The spicy tuna roll consisted of overcooked rice mixed with a ridiculous amount of sambal oelek and a few tiny pieces of fish. The tempura shrimp...well, if you look at the top right of the picture you can see the batter. It wasn't tempura batter at all, rather something you get when you slosh flour and water together and let it rest. I did not expect the food to taste like I am in Tokyo. But it should at least taste good. This food tasted like they tried to recreate something a drunk uncle told them about during a call at 2 am via a bad phone connection. Not sure why so many people left good reviews. I suppose Corona really messes up your taste buds.

Very small restaurant. Curry dishes are the best. Do not expect a lot in service. Best to get there when it opens. otherwise, you need to put your name on the clipboard. Whole party must be present to be seated. Do not go with a party of more than 3. Prices are very reasonable for the quantity and quality.

Great hole-in-the-wall for cooked Japanese favorites. Prices are good for the amount of food you get. Seating is limited, but the wait isn't too bad. Food comes out reasonably quick and they offer take out if you don't have time to dine-in

5 start for the price and the quality. Love their curry beef patty over rice, and tamago. Their curry is very yummy with a kick of spicy, they give you ocean of curry, and you can ask for 1 refill of rice for free. This place is small and you will smell oily after dining in, since it is a small restaurant with cooking area next to dining area.
