I can’t say enough positive things about Dan and his crew. They recently installed a Koehler whole house generator and replaced the underground wiring to my house that failed. Dan and his assistant, Dakota, are knowledgeable and hardworking. And, if there is an issue they respond immediately. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Dan Hatch came out and listened to what we wanted, took detailed measurements and had an engineer do the correct sizing and placement of the heat pump split units. This is what you want not a from the hip sizing just to sell that will short cycle and fight with each other. All work was done with excellence, the crew was professional, and extremely clean. All refrigerant lines were painstakingly hung in the basement in an organized manner. In all my years of managing projects, wires and pliers has been the best contractor yet. I highly recommend them for your Heat Pump installation and electrical service. I understand they do Generators as well and I can only imagine they bring the same exceptional quality to those installations as well. Top notch A.
I called Dan Hatch in a panic as mice had chewed through the wires to our electrical box and sparks were flying! We had renters arriving in two days and I was concerned that we would not be able to get it repaired. I was very impressed with his speedy response. My first call was at 9:45, Dan answered and told me that he was in the middle of a delivery. He told me he would finish the delivery and get right out to our property. He let me know that he was on his way at 11:00 and indicated that if they had to go out to the distributor themselves for supplies that they would so all would be repaired in time for the renters. By 12:25 I heard from Dan explaining what he had done and that we were all set! It is so refreshing to know that there is a company you can reach out to and know that they will get the job done!! We had Dan put in a transfer station for a new generator, he was great! He called us right after we called him, came to the house when he said he would. Dan Hatch and his team installed a 14kW emergency propane-fired back-up generator for us in West Boothbay Harbor. He was responsive from the point we called for an initial estimate through to final test and showing me how to check and change oil, including calling us to check on the progress of the propane tank installations and hook-up. He is a professional and his focus on customer service is demonstrated at every turn. I recommend him for generator installation and I would not hesitate to call on him for other electrical projects requiring professional assistance at our house.
