I was greeted by Luigi and Ben. Luigi helped me to review my options between buying new vs buying a used vehicle. Ben took me for a really fun test drive in a Jeep Renegade while back at the dealership, Luigi worked up AN AMAZING deal for me. I was then treated great by Armin in sales and Phil in finance. I cannot say how happy I am with the dealership experience overall. THIS IS THE PLACE for your new vehicle. Literally everyone at the dealership was fun and kind. I can honestly say that I had FUN buying this Jeep and now I am having an incredible time driving it. Thank you SO MUCH everyone !

I recently purchased a [new] one owner 2019 Kia Forte LXS with 8,500 miles from Dan O' Brien CDJR in Methuen. I was pre-approved with a bank and knew the car I wanted when I went down. I met my salesperson Joyce, and showed her my pre-approval. We took the car for a test drive and it was just as I had hoped it would be. (I previously test drove this same car through Carvana and returned it.) She set me up with Keith the Finance manager, who was was very friendly and non-intimidating, and went over all the free stuff Dan O' Brien CDJR offers its customers who buy from them.. then gave me the options to extend those coverages to which I politely declined. I paid my deposit on a Friday, and the car was delivered Monday evening. Great experience! Thanks guys! I went in to see a 2017 used HR-V, and a few other SUV style cars today. Raf and Phillip were so helpful! Raf is super personable and is a great salesmen. I went in for a Honda and left with a brand new Jeep! You really can’t beat their deals or their customer service. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here!
I went over there get a pickup truck and Ryan was the guy that did everything. He was very professional and took his time to understand our goal. He explained to us what was the best deal and his knowledge of the vehicle surprised me and my wife. Therefore come and down and ask for Ryan. You won’t regret it.
I had my first complimentary oil change today at Dan O'Brien. James was my service advisor and he was so friendly and accommodating! The service department was are very busy given the time of year, but James took the time to go over all of the questions I had about my vehicle. I always have good luck at Dan O'Brien and I would recommend them to anyone.
