My Husband Anthony Spotted this beautiful 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit he had to have and did the deal with Sales Rep.John Martorano. We highly recommend John. Easy going guy no pressure. When ever we reached out to him with questions regarding the vehicle he always responded back to us promptly.Deal went very smoothly. Sales management was helpful also.We had a few request to take care of before we purchased Jeep and they came through and they took care of them quickly. Also no pressure to buy extra service contract policy on the spot. We were given a grace period to jump on board at a later determined date. Love our loaded up Summit!

Purchased a 65k truck here not long ago. Went mostly well with some demerits. Check your contract - I wish I did before signing as I found a big fat 7k dollar discrepancy between the little sheet of paper and the final contract. Just a couple small issues... several other large dealer fees I would have negotiated aswell adding up to over 1k but below are a the big ones. My fault for not reviewing so it is what it is! - They offered me 2000 off but only gave me 1000 off the vehicle. -They told me a service contract was 1000 but it turned out to be 6k... Called Zurich directly to cancel after trying the dealership 3 times (one time in person). - they did give me what I asked for my trade but started at 22k and had to get them to 32k which they did almost instantly which is very telling. Friendly sales staff which I appreciated. Thanks!

Danbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat was arguably the best dealership I've been to in a long time. They made the buying process quick and painless. I walked away with a brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler High Altitude, and I couldn't be happier. First of all, sales made it a breeze. Francheska was direct, professional, and incredibly responsive. Everything she committed to, she followed through on. The sales managers were all incredibly professional and relatable. I didn't feel like I was dealing with old \skeezy\ sales tactics. They were people first and salesmen second. Lastly, in finance, Justin was the most personable finance officer I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He was direct, upfront, and gave me some tactful advice that I'm incredibly grateful for.
