Hard to say what I like best about Ergo Chef. First their knives are fantastic. I started off with the Prodigy line, most of which were a gift I received. I liked them so much that I went to the store and started adding to and upgrading my knives. I am a big fan of their pro-series collection and have upgraded and added many to my knife block at home. Aside from the products themselves, the staff are really great. They are helpful, community oriented and really down to earth. Whether you are there to purchase an item, or end up talking about music, it's always a pleasure to drop by Ergo Chef.

I love these knives. ERGO CHEF has the very best knives money can buy. They also have an amazing knife sharpening service. They precisely sharpened and restored the handles on some older knives that we had. Great family owned company with TOP-NOTCH Customer service.

We love our Ergo Chef knives. The knife block is one of the few things I allow to stay out on our countertops. Not only beautiful to look at but the quality of the knives is top notch! We also love our vegetable peelers and tongs.
