This is an expensive high end chain restaurant that includes a wine bar. The food is fantastic with a lot of options. Make a reservation! During Covid they have been filled up. The wine pairings in the menu really work. The portion sizes are good. The price is definitely a little high but the professionalism, atmosphere, and quality are comparable.

A great experience with great service, good food, wine tasting, in a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. What’s also so nice is how well dressed the patrons are. Booked solid on a Wednesday night. Shopping in Dania Pointe is a pleasure and so is dining!!
Showed up with my parents, sister, wife and baby to have dinner at 5:20pm on a Saturday and we were turned away because they were at capacity. Was not given any more of explanation just a no. I understand that during the pandemic things are different, but was not even given an option to put my name down to wait was just told no. When I called earlier I wasn’t even told that reservation was required or recommended. Maybe they did not want to work or maybe we were not up to what they wanted. Either way will NOT be coming back here at all and would not recommended for anyone to come to this restaurant as long as they have such a rude representatives at the front who do not work with you.
I always enjoy Cooper's Hawk because I enjoy their wines which they create from imported grapes from all over the world. Their menu is reasonably priced and the dishes are well made and tasty. They are accommodating and will modify the ingredients if you ask.
I had been looking for a clean and moderately priced dining establishment and stumbled upon Coopers Hawk at Dania pointe. I can't say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. The food is delicious and fresh which is hard to find in restaurants these days especially since restaurants have opened back up post pandemic. I took my mother there for Valentine's Day and was so impressed with the filet I had and with the service from our waitress Karen, that I decided to join the wine club as well. Oh, and I forgot to mention the Lobster bisque. It was simply the best bisque I have had in South Florida. A must have when you visit. Thanks again for the wonderful dining experience Karen, and thank you Coopers Hawk for the wonderful filet and lobster tails!
