Food was awesome but I did find a staple in my brisket chili Mac and cheese. I almost ate it, could’ve choked!

Today was my first time eating at Dickey's Barbecue Pit and it was EXCEPTIONALLY AMAZING. The portions were large and the quality was EXCELLENT. From the time we (3 of us) walked in it felt welcoming and inviting. It was very clean and orderly. The staff was very personable and friendly. I honestly was not expecting it to be as great as it was. A little pricier than standard fast food but it was a GREAT VALUE for the money. I will definitely be going back there again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you give them a try.
All the people that give 5 star reviews of this place must be used to eating food from a can because that's exactly what the mac&cheese, baked beans, and all the other side dishes taste like. The dinner roll is also extremely disappointing. The whole dining experience is a huge disappointment. I was expecting the mac&cheese to be a homemade work of art but all I got was Kraft mac&cheese and not even any corn bread. This place is totally disappointing. I will never return to this place, not even if it was the last restaurant open. I'm disgusted with their lack of effort to make this a wonderful dining experience. I gave this place 5 stars but the true rating should be a negative 5 stars !!!
The meals and service were beyond my expectations. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. Awesome place to take the family out for lunch.
Best BBQ , we had the ribs which are off the chain, the Brisket Mac Stack and the Loaded Pork and Beans Potato. So Good!
