I absolutely love this place. Divers Direct Dania beach is in my opinion definitely hand's down the best dive shop in so Fla. Vanessa & Emily are amazing.. All there staff is really.. They go out of there way to make sure you find everything you need. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a great Dive shop or if your looking to get certified 5 service. These pictures are some of the dive equipment I just bought them there for work. I would definitely recommend the Aqua lung Bcd pack very comfortable nice quality material for beginners& expert Divers..

Highly recommend asking for Mike! He is extremely knowledge, professional, so friendly & always quick to recommend the right equipment needed. Whether your scuba diving, free diving or spear fishing Mike knows what’s best for each different scenario. Since the first day I walked into the shop Mike has always been the one to guide me with the purchase of all my equipment and update me on current sales. Always a pleasure to see him when I walk into Divers Direct. Thanks Mike!!
After having a bad experience with another dive shop while doing my AOW, I did some research and decided to continue my dive education with Divers Direct Center. Best decision ever! The team at Divers Direct has definitely made me a better diver, and increased my awareness on issues facing our oceans and the underwater world.
Had a great experience at the shop. Mike was very helpful from helping me pick out my gear to showing me around the shop. Pointed out some sales and educated me on all the different BCD’s for my body type. Thanks to Mike I’m back out diving.
Received horrible customer service over the last 2 months with DD. I ordered a new wetsuit shorty for my wife for Mothers Day. When it arrived it had a huge water stain on the wetsuit (in the bag), and so could not give it to her for Mother's Day. When I called a week later, they offered to replace it no problem and said it would be shipped out. It never arrived. I emailed customer service for a follow up and got no reply. Called again today (now June 19th, and have since gone diving and my wife had to rent a shorty thanks to this still not being resolved). When I spoke to customer service I was told there was no note of any of this, and the managers had o recollection\ of the call. No offer to resolve. So I am returning the product for a full refund, and this will be my last interaction with them. Last month I bought over 1000 worth of gear from them, so would have thought they would have tried to offer some solution, or better yet an APOLOGY, but nope didn't get that either. Highly recommend you shop somewhere else!
