Maximum Shutter Systems did maintenance on my manual roll up hurricane shutters. They were very prompt from the estimate to finishing the job. I would definitely use them again.
I recently chose Maximum Shutter Systems to custom manufacture Accordion Style Supernova Hurricane Shutters for all 12 of my home's windows. I dealt with several different people in both their office and in their manufacturing facility, and everyone of them was super nice to deal with, and as helpful as could be. Due to the Pandemic, 2020 was an extremely difficult year for Maximum Shutters (parts & supplies outages & delays; building permit offices closed; etc.). Couple this with the every day problems of dealing with the Pandemic, and in the midst of hurricane season and they were facing a huge challenge. They pushed through it though, and in the end, they successfully met the challenges. The shutters look great, they are a top quality product at a very affordable price, and they couldn't be easier to operate - great design. Patty (office) and Jose (manufacturing) were exceptionally good to deal with. I give them the highest rating, and would recommend them to anyone.
Ryan did an awesome job explaining the situation at hand with my shutters. It was very detailed and included a fair price to complete the job.
