BEWARE!!!! We purchased ProGreen turf for our first location about 3 1/2 years ago and have been very happy with its performance as well as the customer service we received. About a year ago, we purchased from ProGreen again, for our new location. It was shedding from day one. It has continued to shed as is now literally balding in many places. When we called to talk with someone, Andy told us that it was our fault because of the cleaning product we used. However, we are only having the issues with the newly purchased turf and not the older turf. The locations are right next door to each other so everything is done the same. We were advised by Andy how to care for the turf from day one. Andy stopped answering calls and emails. Now, Andrew Fish will not answer my calls or emails. I can only get a hold of him when I call from a different phone. I have spoken to dealers and other distributors who have told me that this company is aware of the problem and that they have replaced some of the faulty products. We recommend this company to another Dog Day Care in Savannah, GA last year. They advised us that ProGreen referred them to another turf company, at that time, because they were having \issues\ with their product. Progreen should make this right. ProGreen states they they warranty their product for 8 years. However, it has only been 1 year and our turf is falling apart and ProGreen doesn't care.

One of the best decisions that we have made is having this pet turf installed! We had a small grassy area, and a fence line with shrubs. Our dogs would run a mud path in the grass, and it was really difficult to keep things clean. They would track mud in the house and it was just a mess. The pet turf is so clean! They LOVE playing on it, and I love how easy it is to keep clean. Picking up the dog poo is much easier than on natural grass. I can’t recommend this enough!
