Very impressed... Had an issue and the Manager attempted to handle it as soon as he was aware and offered to ship the product at a discounted rate to make things right. Unfortunately I purchased the product elsewhere therefor no longer needed it Very impressed with Management taking ownership and doing the right thing.

Beer and Wine Hobby great customer service and Gennaro is a wealth of information. When it comes to wine, the man really knows his craft. Hands done best customer service I every had.
Really great hobby store for wine & beer and even cheese making! Which is what I went for. Their prices are cheaper than online shops. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff too. I highly recommend this shop!
New location. Nicer set-up, but same great products and same great level of customer service. Seems like they have a little more staff. Do note that the customer service folks are the only ones allowed to open the refrigerator doors due to covid rules. Still, my go to place for beer and wine making supplies. I drive over an hour each way to shop there, rather than purchasing online.
Great product selection, best customer service in the biz, and their beer kits are delicious (the only thing getting me through this quarantine thing). Recommend the citra pale ale, and add some cascades for dry hopping, you won’t be disappointed.
