Great place. Not much negotiation. But would go above and beyond to help. Mr Luis Santiago and His manager Mr Kyle Milan are absolute Gem of person. Mr Milan helped to negotiate better terms with banks on my behalf. And Luis is less of a salesman and more of a friend. After few experiences at several dealerships this was refreshing. Bought Honda CR-V from them.

Samantha was great. The finance guy was great. Very good experience ( other than the usual back and forth haggling but that’s expected). I reached a good deal on a low mileage used truck. I had been on the search for a new car for a few weeks and everything I saw was being snatched up rather quickly. I email Kelly Honda and was connected to Leslie, who then connected me to Alfredo. He went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t miss the opportunity to finally get the car I had been searching for. He made the whole process quick and easy, and he was available every time I had a question. Anthony in finance was also incredibly helpful in making sure I got the best deal with financing my new car. I will definitely be back for my next car and would recommend them to EVERYONE!
