I love the Northeast Arc....but I do not love the PCA Fiscal Intermediary Department that handles our paperwork. They are so bogged down. If you call, you never get through. You *might* be able to leave a message, but I've never been able to. You can send an e-mail, but they don't respond with all the information you requested. It is SO HARD DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. I am very frustrated. This has been going on for years, too. They need to get their act together NOW and get a good manager in that office. It's a stain on the entire Northeast Arc name.

Payroll is unacceptable! There have been several times my direct deposit didn't show up in my account on payday. Then to try to get a live person on the phone to find out what's wrong is nearly impossible. If you don't get paid on a Wednesday like you're supposed to, they won't pay you till Friday. Forget about Thursday. I'm so disgusted with this company. Bad business practices. Payroll department is the worst I've ever seen.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The worst agency ever; no one ever knows anything; no one ever picks up the phone. I really dont know how these people get paid for doing nothing.

Home care based agency.Good company to work for with the consumers . Given Covid office has been difficult to reach , and a few issues with changing direct deposit .but have had luck submitting and getting a response from the website.
