I had a septoplasty with turbinate reduction with Dr. Brendan Kluszynski a month ago. I will say that my experience from my initial appointment, the surgery, and my final follow-up appointment have all been exceptional. I had a very hard time breathing through my nose due to a deviated septum and hypertrophied inferior turbinates. Dr. Kluszynski has been caring and professional each time I met with him and I could tell he really wanted to help me be able to clear my nasal obstruction. I also wanted to say thank you to his nurse Cyndi for being in communication with me about scheduling appointments and testing dates. Overall, I would absolutely recommend that someone come and see these people, thank you again and God bless!

The audiologist is great! The office was clean both visits. That’s it for positives. Unfortunately, the front and back office staff have been extremely slow and aloof while transitioning into Hendricks. It’s seemingly impossible to reach them by phone, even during office hours. My visit with Dr. Parsons landed me with more questions than answers, and my medications were never sent over to my pharmacy (tried following up by phone, but that was a dead end, again). I chose this office based on positive reviews prior to their move. My experience was more uncomfortable and awkward than beneficial, and I ended up requesting my records from the hospital just to have some clue about my visit—nothing, beyond the audiology results, was communicated to me! I’m on the hunt for a new ENT, and I’ll be more cautious this time.

New patient - I can't wait to get in. Part of my appointment had to be cancelled on their end. I understand, but I'm having trouble contacting them to cancel the other part. Calling at 3:36 on Friday afternoon - I thought the office was open until 4.

Although the actual appointment wasn't terrible, I'll be it somewhat short considering my daughter was a new patient. The big issue came when I forgot a bill that I owed them. They turned it over to a ruthless, awful collection agency known as General Credit Services, Inc. They started harassing me instantly with rude, unprofessional communications starting with things like \Frankly we cannot understand why you have not resolved your account with us.\ Like I said, the office wasn't bad, but I question any business that works with people as a-moral as General Credit Services.
