Their timeliness in answering all my questions and revising my quote and design several times, on point. The installation and building was smooth and very quick. I will start off by saying the shed, the purchasing process, and the customer communication has been very good. We really like the shed a lot. The area where the company fell short was in their ability to provide an accurate set of dimensions for my concrete slab. As a result, the main entrance is skewed a few inches to one side. To its credit, Post has acknowledged this fault and has agreed to split the cost of repair. Once that's done I might revise this up to 5 stars.
Working with Post Woodworking was a great experience! They were helpful, and the transaction was smooth. The best part was their team showed up on time, did great work, cleaned up everything when they were done. The installers were polite and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be doing business with Post again!
Buying a shed online wasn’t my 1st choice but it went better then expected. The staff who answered the phones were very helpful and knowledgeable. When shed day finally arrived the delivery guys/installers were excellent. They were very polite and worked like animals to get the shed up as fast as they could. All in all a great experience and a great shed. I highly recommend this company.
