Their focus is on practical rather than theatrical, building on a foundation of mindset and self defense skills. They provide progressive services that allow for one to develop more advanced skills, building on a solid foundation. The lower round count approach and appropriate instructor to student ratios ensure that the training is focused, safe and personal.
