Everyone was nice , attentive and friendly . Roger answered all my questions and was very patient with me in the ones that was in his Dept. But he did get me answers. He also took time to stay with me on the phone while setting up my Lexus Application with a rep. The space itself is beautiful and very clean . P.S I love my Lexus. It’s beautiful!!!

Where to even start.... all around, this was one of the most incredible and unforgettable customer service experiences I’ve ever had. This was my second time working with Lexus of Mt Kisco, and Joe Myers had remembered me right away from 3 years before. Together with the manager, Andreas, they spent quite a lot of time with us really understanding what we were looking for and ensuring that they were tailoring everything to our needs, without at any given point pushing us to make a decision we didn’t feel comfortable with.
