The restaurant at Carriage Greens has always been a local favorite but its really stepped up its game. The food is downtown and the prices are a suburban bargain. The wine list, which many local restaurants ignore, is great and prices are reasonable for the quality. You'll always get a welcome smile. There's live music on Saturdays and it just adds to the ambiance! I love the new outdoor patio!

Beautiful room, delicious food, great service, friendly staff. The rooms with huge windows let in so much natural light. My event was in May 2019. Also has a balcony that overlooks the golf course. At sunset, the view was stunning. At dusk, there are patio lights. The food was delicious, all my guests just raved about the chicken. And the late mini burgers bar was a real hit, everyone loved the extra snack. For the price with open bar this is by far the best price in the suburbs. We have had several family banquets here and they are always terrific

Great food for what it costs to have a wedding here! Everything (tax, service charge, etc) is included in the price they give you so you know exactly how much you're paying, and they know what they're doing when it comes to weddings!

We made reservations for a foursome without providing a credit card. We were not informed that we would be liable for any golfers that didn’t show up. We paid for two of us and the club demanded that we owe them for two more. This new policy began in May 2020 we were informed. We have played this course for over 20 years and never encountered this policy. We tried to reason that since we were not informed of this new policy that we were not liable. We would never had made the reservation under their current new policy. The manager/ former golf pro was belligerent and insistent. We didn’t play our round of golf under protest and left. I will never again utilize this golf course mostly because of the insensitivity of the staff and their failure to recognize that they didn’t inform us of their new policy until after we paid for our rounds! Many clubs do not hold golfers liable if they how up with less than suggested golfers at time of reservations. These guys are terrible at customer relations!

I advise you to stay away from this venue. In April 2019 we toured this venue and were impressed with the customer service and complimentary tasting. We decided to sign with Carriage Greens then and there to hold our May 2020 wedding. However, things quickly changed after we signed and paid the deposit. The banquet director was replaced (without notice to us) by Heidi who never seemed to remember us even after meeting formally. In December and January we were asked three different times to pay the entire amount early in cash for a discounted rate. We were told that this was a way to keep it off the books. We did not agree to this because it sounded potentially illegal. Then the pandemic hit. We had to move our May date to July. As July got closer, we realized we would not be able to have 160 guests as planned in our contract. We asked Heidi if we could change the guest number to 50 to accommodate the governor’s order. She said no, and “what about the other 110 people on your contract?” We were then told that we were “legally obligated” to have a 160-person wedding and to move our wedding to next year. For several reasons, we could not put off our wedding again. To this day, Carriage Greens is still holding on to our three deposits of thousands of dollars for a service they did not and refused to provide. This is despite a “Force Majeure” section in their own Event Contract that says neither party is to be held responsible if the event is prevented from being held due to governmental actions. There are many other things I could talk about, but these are the highlights. I am warning everyone I know not to get into a contract with them, especially now during the pandemic.
