Chapo was great to work with. Ned is great at what he does, his carpenters and roofers are even better. They did complete new siding on our house, along with a new roof, new front door, and cut in two new windows. They also did new soffits and gutters. They basically gave us a new house. It was a large project, but they finished on time and for the same price that they quoted us. We could not have asked for anymore, the workmanship was perfect and the outcome was perfect.

Finally, a contractor you can trust. Chapo did a fantastic job replacing our roof and gutters. They were clean, stayed within budget and got it done quickly. Ned took care of a few things that were discovered during construction that were not within the scope of work. A few weeks later we had him back for a project in our basement. Fine job. Above all, Ned and his wife made us feel like we were old friends and his only client. We highly recommend Chapo Construction for any project you may have in your home.

Excellent craftsmanship. Chapo went to work on my 100 year old bungalow. Replacing the roof, new gutters and dormer treatments. The work was completed in a safe, timely manner by a competent professionals. Quality and price were outstanding. The oversized gutter drains work well to carry water away from my foundation and my attic is now much, much cooler than it was before Chapo added additional venting to our roof as part of the process. Chapo construction exceeded my expectations in every way. Paul, from sales, delivered everything promised and more. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun to work with.
