My nana has a storage spot here, so naturally it felt fitting to use the same facility, as they have always been very kind. Sheila was wonderful and very gracious in helping me setup my account. She made the process very smooth and quick. Within 30 minutes, I appreciated hearing about her love for helping people in this area, and she was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Definitely look forward to my time here. Having a staff member who has a high degree of integrity to help a customer is always commended in my book.

My rent on a unit here went from 85 to 96. Isn't that way above the rate of inflation. And yet I still saw their 1 move in sign out front. I hate when storage places have such steep increases. Not all I've used do this, but Safeguard does.
Great customer service, easy rental process. Clean and secure.
I would recommend them its so clean and their customer service is good from what I've experienced. I had my belongings in storage with them twice and I never had a problem.
