Lieutenant Christopher Johnson helped to check that our child’s new car seat was installed properly. His response to my request for an appointment was very quick. I felt very safe as the fire department was following COVID-19 safety recommendations. Lieutenant Johnson was very professional and knowledgeable as he helped me make necessary adjustments to the car seat and offered advice for reinstalling the seat into another vehicle. He also provided me with more child passenger safety recommendations. Thank you for offering this service to the community.

We reached out to the Tri-State Fire Station to ask if the install car seats. Chris contacted us and not only did a great job installing the car seats, walked us how to install them if we ever had to move it. When you get new car seats for your kids definitely reach out, Chris was great!

So last week one of your ambulances pulled over for my uncle's funeral procession. The best part of it was my dad (who was riding in my passenger seat) belonged to this department years ago. Thank you for the respect for someone you didn't even know. My dad Wallace Mackenzie is now a captain and i a lieutenant on a small volunteer dept. and this is just a reminder of how great our fellow firefighters are. Thanks again!!!

Chris Johnson helped me fix our car seat after the settings were inadvertently adjusted during air travel. He was courteous, knowlegeable and prompt to assess the necessary adjustment. He also took the time to educate me on the best ways to keep my son safe in his car seat. I would definitely recommend Chris and the services at Tri-State to new parents.
