Ordered a card through them via their online tcgplayer storefront. The card arrived damaged due to poor packing. After reviewing photos of the product they admitted to packing the card poorly but then only offered a partial refund of 5 as an MP card because I didn’t contact them within a two day window. They even condescendingly tried to suggest that they were being generous in telling me “Normally our system would price a MP at 4 less than the NM so we wanted to issue 5 which is more.” Never mind that some of us have busy lives and writing an email about a damaged trading card might not be the most important thing on to do on a given day. So after admitting that the damage to my merchandise was caused by their poor packing, they hid behind policy instead of fulfilling their obligation as an honest seller and correcting their mistake.

Just started going there this year. Very friendly staff, great knowledge, store is always expanding/remodeling/doing new things - even during this pandemic! Great to see a store that continues to try things for the community!! Excellent place to shop and prices are from what I can tell usually under market value! They go out of their way to help you how they can!

They know alot but the guy at the counter talked way to much. I understand he is passionate about his job and that is wonderful. But you need to understand your customers. Some people are in there to get what they need and get out.
