If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful wooded trail this is one to check out. You will quickly encounter the historical mill building. It is only partially preserved but there is excellent signage to explain the working of the mill. The mill is nestled on the banks of Seneca Creek which has clear and inviting water to cool you down. There is parking but very limited. The road to this location is quite narrow and driving it should be done with care.

It was really nice to see such an old historical place. Spent there few minutes. Enjoyed amazing sound of flowing water of a small stream which is next to this hoistorical place.

No parking signs everywhere!! Very disappointing. Lovely spot but very hard to access. State should do more to accommodate the public.

Seneca ridge trail offers beautiful east coast creek scenery and plenty of elevation gain! Great for hiking, trail running, or mountain biking! Be sure to share the trail! This is a moderate to heavily trafficked trail and can be especially crowded on nice weekend days. There is a lot of up and down which may be challenging for some fitness levels. Especially nice during the fall!

Beautiful trails and area, but is let down a little by litter and people playing loud music along the banks. Best to go during the week and avoid warm weekends and holidays. Tip: great place to swim on hot days.
