This has been my go to door store for about three years. I was working on a project downtown and the designer was doing a very modern design on a 2000 sf unit. She told me she buys all her doors here and hardware. That job went so smooth that I gave been using Darpet since. This week I ordered 13 custom doors and was in their office maybe 20 minutes. Totally knowledgeable staff and a superior product. My company is called Construction Network and Darpet is part of my Network!

Good products but customer service/sales staff could use an attitude adjustment - some are really nice while others are looking to send out the door without what you need (my contractor uncle was working on my house and asked me to pick up supplies and they would not let me.use his account while paying for everything in cash - so not like I'm putting things on someone's account without payment). I was there couple of times within a month, and had to pick up my order from a different gate every time I went - and they tell you - today's pickup is at gate C and none of the gates are marked.
Darpet please pick up the phone's promptly and do not Place us on hold constantly. When we asked for a quote please provide one to us via email within minutes of....not days after. You will lose business this way. I am trying diligently to sell your product yet I am being neglected both on the phone and electronically. Darpet please consider fixing these issues.
Best place to buy casing.. very nice people and super friendly.. their office has been remodeled
