I am a purchaser for a sawmill. With all of the issues most vendors have with shipping, Darr has never missed on a time or day that a part would be in for our forklift fleet.

I am very disappointed with part Dept. I have been dealing with Jason Roberts and Mike Bryan for the past 35 days just to get the right parts for my JCB930. I finally received the parts two days ago after spent 453.70 for 2 air filters, 1 oil filter, 2 fuel filters, some oil seals, O-rings to rebuild lift & tilt cylinders. Mike said that we have to reuse the wear ring because he couldn't get it and also told me that everything is there for us to rebuild tilt & lift cylinders. When our mechanic got to it and found out there are two missing items(wipe seal). I called Mike explained the issue to him, he then said that he didn't check the parts when he got them from seal company - just ship them out to us - He's contradicted himself. I took 4 pictures and emailed them to Mike so he can see what missing but as of now he hasn't responded to my email or my phone call. FYI, Among Jason, Mike and I, we have been exchanged emails in the past... it's not like my emails will go straight into their spam folders. Another issue with bad customer service, not owning up mistaken when mistake is being made by them. We now don't have all the parts to rebuild after waiting over 35 days... it's just too frustrating when this happened.
