I spoke with the owner, Paul who was very honest and informative with me about what my needs were and the total cost of ownership for a swim spa. To heat a large swim spa for the winter in New England could... and I emphasis could, could be very expensive. He suggested that I either use the system at a cooler temp in the winter to lessen the electrical cost or purchase a smaller system. Or, if affordable, go with two independent systems, one smaller unit for warm therapy year round, and a smaller swim spa for the warmer months. The unit I was interested in used a total of 1900-2000 gallons of water which is great for swimming but expensive to heat in the winter. Or, I could go with a smaller tub of 325 gallons which is much less to heat, and purchase a smaller swim area that would be used for the warmer months. Plenty of water to keep cool in the summer but drained during the winter months. He was realistic in electrical usage for tubs and spas and provided a possible range of electrical costs in my area based on water temp. As I stated, he was quite informative. Time to rethink my pool/tub strategy! Thanks Paul!

Paul and his entire team go above and beyond for the customer. They converted my pool over to a salt system last season and made sure I was comfortable with the operation and maintenance. Just today they came to close my pool and we discovered that mice had eaten through my cover while in storage, they went out of their way to come back this afternoon and finish the job. Paul at Aaron Pools and his crew was the most pleasant, honest and spot on with being reliable over anyone that I have worked with. Paul’s honesty is very apparent with his estimates. He educates the customer during the process and on many occasions have discouraged any expensive additions that were not practical, ultimately saving me money in the long run. His quotes could not be beat. This professionalism, honesty and reliability has persisted without change during pool openings and closings throughout the years! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aaron Pools and Spas to anyone.
