I think these were thew second company I looked at for helping me with my PC hard drive recovery I should have made them my first. Great service, very honest and trust worthy. I understand that they perform hard drive data recovery from any make, model, brand but I somehow assumed that they wouldn't be able to help me so I was plesantly surpriseor to find they had saved my data. Five stars amazing!!!!

My external hard drive with many critical files crashed all of a sudden in this pandemic, which caught me off guard. Through the conversation on the phone with Alex, he gave me a pretty detailed and straightforward explanation of the issue with my drive and the mechanism behind to fix it based on my description of the drive's condition. Instead of encouraging me to send through the device to him asap like some other companies did, Alex offered to check his stock first to see if he has the spare part required to fix my drive. After checking his device stock, he told me he doesn't have it currently and needed to order the specific part, which could take several extra days. In order to save my time, he referred me to another bigger data recovery company that has the part. I really appreciate Alex's honesty and candor, unlike some other companies trying too hard to get business, i feel like he really cares about his customer. Even though I didn't end up doing business with him, I can still feel the professionalism of him through our conversation, plus his cheerful phone etiquette really lightens the mood especially in such a stressful time like now. We need more people like Alex!
