A few years ago I had dealt with this dealership new car sales and had a bad experience, where I felt quite cheated. Fast forward to the past few months and we have had dealing with the service department twice now. Once with my son’s Malibu and then again today with our volt. Very professional and friendly. They took great care of us each time and were outstanding to work with. They do wonderful work and were quick to get us in and back on the road both times.

Terrible experience, drove 9hrs (8/16/19)to buy a used classic car that was in a state of daily driver quality decay, never even tried to make things right, before I left. The 1989 Pontiac Turbo Trans Am 20th anniversary edition which appears to have more than 23,000 miles on it. Lots of rust, missing bent, crack or distorted trim. The car is basically undrivable, can't build turbo boost do to undiagnosed engine problems(Ford fuel injectors). Ronald Ouvry, really made this an unforgettable trip from Saint Louis to Marlette, Michigan.....DO NOT BUY THE CAR AT FULL PRICE, IT NEEDS 5K TO 6K IN RESTORATION WORK....
