This place is wonderful. As busy as the staff was they made sure i was taken care of properly. No matter what they would stop to see if i was okay and needed anything. Made me feel like i was family. Fantastic

Very nice facility ,I recently have a family member have a surgery in this hospital. We only have a situation with one nurse,we address the complaint about the problem. Next day everything run great. Thanks to all team doctors, nurses and the cafeteria lady for make our stay great.

Which is moot anyway bc Cali has been shutdown since March. I was in Vegas for work and took advantage of the opportunity. SO glad I did, I will definitely be coming back here from now on. And side note, their office is absolutely gorgeous!!

Terrible place. Please do not go to this death trap! I was left in the waiting room for 4 hours with major chest pains before being seen. After testing I was told that I was pretty much fine and needed meds and rest. At one point they came to give me my morphine dose and instead gave me two saline syringes. Didn't realize till later when I felt no relief what had just happened. After the D students that they hire there treated me like a dog for hours on end with terrible attitude to any questions I had, only being seen once every 5 hours. Goths not cleaned and changed, I literally made the best decision of my life and checked out against medical advice, went to a real hospital and come to find out I had a pretty bad heart attack right in their waiting room. I am still currently admitted, trying to reverse the damages these people did, not to mention the mental anguish I'm going through right now. I could of died for no reason! Needless to say I will be contacting a lawyer.

Was there Thursday Nov 12th 2020 for morning surgery plus 24hr. post wound care. ---\u003eOverall, I Would AVOID THIS HOSPITAL!---\u003c I have not looked at prior reviews either. Pain management was terrible at best. My pain was a 7 out of 10 and in post ICU care I was actually treated very good. Nurse Marina V. was great for peo-op care. Kept the pain a minimum. My care went downhill when I was transferred to my room. The 1st dose of morphine was pretty strong but afterward it was watered down with saline. The nurses even went so far as to try to fool me by using a bigger syringe! The \Nurse Call\ button was a \Nurse Call Later\ button. At least 15 minutes later. And the wound? Not even looked at (private area, shouldn't have mattered). ALL the nurses were either from The Caribbean, Haiti or other 3rd world country. Yes it shouldn't matter but it did with the mentality of their care to patients! The only good thing was the food. Overall, I Would AVOID THIS HOSPITAL! Even if the hospital responded (my care at this hospital would not have changed). I did notice the \overall reviews\ were NOT impressive at 2.7. Now to read other reviews that I venture would say \are deplorable \. If the owner wanted to respond with the code \15\, then I know they actually read my review and I would gladly respond.
