Customer service is amazing. The staff is so helpful they have great deals all the newest releases and as a company they seem to be doing what is required to keep up with the industry
Family Video has always been my favorite. You are always greeted when entering the store. They're happy to help if you need assistance finding a movie.
In an age of streaming, Family Video lives on in glory. Solid customer service including tours for first timers, up to date movie and game selections, and a solid collection of classics and, of course, free kids movies (including blu-rays) round out a solid experience. This is a heavy recommendation for gamers/4k blu ray owners, as you can try new games before buying as well as save yourself some internet bandwidth by not streaming data intensive 4k content, with the benefit of it being pure physical disc content which, at least today, is the purest quality you can get.
The specific stores are usually pretty good. The corporation; not so much. They do not empathize or fight for their customers with distributors.
The employee working was smoking weed in the back. There was strong smell of weed and a haze in the store. I wont be back
