Be careful this people are scamming security officers! They lure you in with fake offers then right before your start date changing the offers to a much less money and totally different scheduling ! If you can work for a union based Illinois security company where you be get the correct and fair compensations if you have to work 3rd shift and weekends! So please be careful!

This is a great place to work. They take care of their guard and genuinely care about what they do. The owner personally emailed me on my work anniversary telling me to keep up the good job. I haven't had any other boss do that. The management team is awesome and take care of you.

This company is a great company to work for the training is great compared to the other training programs I've been through. Compared to other armed officer positions in Iowa average it seems we are under paid a slight bit but I suppose that comes with the market you are in as well, Brad is an amazing instructor and owner that seems to genuinely care for the people in his employ, we get emails during harsh weather to let us know to be careful and stay warm being in harsher climates. My direct supervisor is amazing and does everything possible to work with your schedule. All in all I would recommend this company.
