This was a great experience. The job was done on time and very quickly and professionally. Matt was great about helping me get exactly the fence I needed and the style that suited me. Very responsive team for my questions and concerns. Would recommend to anyone! My dog is the most happy to have a huge yard to run in!

Lovewell exceeded our expectations! We love our new fence and so do the dogs! They made sure to get us in this year by taking an entire day to shovel our yard where the fence was going to be installed. The techs they sent to do the job were very nice and easy to work with. They also knew what would look best and worked with us to make some changes to make the fence look and function better. We have a difficult yard that has a lot of ups and downs but they were able to keep the fence close to the ground so our dogs don't get out. They even manufactured a custom piece next to the retaining wall to keep the dogs from squeaking out. I would highly recommend them to anyone! If you want it done right with no headaches call Lovewell!
This company is great. I had a slight problem brought on by the harsh winter. They stopped by and fixed the fence almost immediately. Nice company to with which to work.
Twenty years ago Lovewells installed a wood privacy fence at our previous home in Rock Island. That positive experience was the reason why they were the only company we called to build a pool deck in the Fall of 2020. It would be an understatement to say we were a difficult customer. The pool builders had to change the pool location 3 different times because of underground issues. This resulted in 3 different deck design changes/diagrams/contracts. The last change was on a late Friday afternoon with a Monday morning build start scheduled. It would have been easy to move us to the bottom of the build schedule but Alec started again from the beginning and got the 3rd design/contract done that day. Chris and his team were able to start on Monday and the deck exceeded our expectations. Outstanding job! Highly recommended!
I'd been \on the fence\ pun intended, about expanding my yard space after moving my family into our first home last year. Had no idea what kind of fence I wanted. What options I had since I was a first time homeowner. I'll be honest in that the only reason I went with this company at first was because the website let's you draw a fence overlay on a google satellite image of your home to give you a rough estimate of the cost. So in terms of consumer convenience at the beginning of a pandemic, that was a major plus for me. The man I met with and corresponded through, Ryan, was really straightforward, easy to talk to and helped me flesh out the project. Permit was easy to obtain though the city and about 4 weeks later i was called to officially schedule the project for the following week. The two gentleman showed up in the morning and on time, grinded the job out in a day, cleaned up and were off without needing me for anything other than to let them in and make sure everything looked correct. They removed the old fence and disposed of it for me, also another plus (though I cant remember if this was included in cost or not) They took half of the project fee as a deposit upfront and so far they've let me pay them the remaining balance over the last few weeks after project completion. The fence looks fantastic. It was incredibly put together. And my pups are sincerely happy for all the new legroom. Overall. I'd probably go through them again for another project. I wasnt expecting the quality of the work to be as high as it was considering it was just a two man team. So I'm pretty satisfied. Highly recommend.
